What an incredible place this is! The first thing that caught my attention, was the sheer size of it. The building is absolutely massive. There are many types of Italian products for sale, and several places to eat and drink too, including outdoor dining areas. The shop is really spacious, which makes it easy to browse. The food is all displayed in a very visually-appealing way too. There are lots of fresh food counters, and the food looks and smells amazing. There are plenty of staff around, and they are friendly and happy to help. The shop is priced at the higher end, but I didn't mind too much because I found all kinds of products which I would struggle to find outside of Italy. I really enjoyed it in here and can't wait to go back!
I love coming here and exploring all the food halls! The cafe downstairs serves lovely Illy coffee and beautiful cakes/pastries! There such an array of Italian foodstuff that you are spoiled for choice!!
We took our team here for a business treat after a day in the office and it was the most fantastic event we have arranged so far. I have done pasta making in the past but this was a much better experience. Dimitris and Mam made all the difference in the experience in terms of genuine tips for making pizza , great service and genuine cooking advice. I couldn’t recommend this experience more to anyone looking for a fun activity to do.
Eataly London is one of my absolute favourites — whenever I’m in London, I always make sure to visit. The food is consistently delicious and feels truly authentic, like a real taste of Italy. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients, and everything from the pasta to the desserts is spot on. The atmosphere is vibrant yet cozy, and it’s always a pleasure to dine here. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates real Italian food.
The pastries and pizzas are super but very pricey and quite dry as well especially because they’re left out for so long! The coffee was lovely and made fresh, the staff are lovely as well. The restaurant includes an Italian supermarket with great selection.
Authentic food and real Italian flavours! Eataly is more a shop than a restaurant, in which you can find all the typical Italian products (some a bit expensive) that you cannot find anywhere else. There is a food hall on the ground floor where you can find different types of Focaccia, never tried before, TRUST ME!! One tastier than the other (a bit pricey, but worth it!) On the other side, if you take a table just outside on the terrace, the prices seem to be a little cheaper. The menu offers different options for starters, mains and desserts (not many, but the one I tried were all great). I do recommend it more than the restaurant inside, if you wanna spend a little less (:
Amazing place. The food is incredible, the staff are friendly and helpful and there's so much to see. It's a real treat for the senses. Even the prices aren't too bad. Highly recommend!!
Great spot for Italian food lovers. The portions were generous — so much so that we ended up taking food home. We tried several dishes, and everything was delicious. The pizzas were excellent, and the pasta was clearly homemade, fresh and full of flavor. Considering the quality and the amount of food, the prices felt very reasonable. The whole experience was enjoyable, from the service to the atmosphere. Definitely a place I’d recommend if you’re looking for authentic Italian food in the city.
